Sanderling Waldorf School

HPA processed and entitled this 270 student private school.  The project involved approvals and consultations from the city of Encinitas, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the California Coastal Commission.  In spite of some neighbor opposition, the project was approved unanimously by both the Planning Commission and the City Council.
